TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing a booking with Gangsta Limousines you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Gangsta Limousines to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.
- Making a booking
No Booking is confirmed until the booking fee is paid and securing credit card details are received.
1a) We require a non -refundable booking fee to be paid upon booking as per below:
1b) Weddings/School Balls- $250.00 deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to hire date.
1c) Events- $150.00- $500.00 deposit depending on the period of hire. The remaining balance is to be paid 14 days before hire date.
1d) Cash pick-ups are acceptable on the day only if pre-arranged when placing booking.
1e) Under no circumstances is it the responsibility of the Driver to collect individual passenger money, should you be collecting from your guests towards the costs.
- SECURITY BOND:
2a) The $250 booking deposit automatically becomes your damage bond, once paid. The bond can be refunded immediately at the conclusion of the Charter after an inspection by the Gangsta Limo Driver for any damage and cleanliness.
2b) It is your responsibility to ask the driver for this refund and it is the drivers’ right to withhold this bond after inspection.
2c) If you have any dispute it can only be solved by the Gangsta Limousine Management team.
3a) Your pre-paid bond cannot be used towards your cash fee due prior to departure. Otherwise we hold no damage security bond.
- DAMAGE INSPECTION PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
4a) We suggest that when you initially board, prior to your guests boarding, you also inspect the vehicle for any damage prior to departure. That way there will be no dispute as to when the damage occurred.
5a) Email communication or texts between Gangsta Limousine staff and clients are deemed and treated the same as a signed legal contract.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy
6a) If your booking is cancelled for any reason, deposits are not refundable.
6b) If you cancel your booking when the hired vehicle arrives, FULL quoted amount is due payable.
6c) ALL “No shows” will be charged a full 100% cancellation fee. NOTE: if you have booked a car for a job and you do not show or cancel at the last minute you will be required to pay for the full price quoted.
6d) Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to charter date in writing, by email otherwise the balance of the total hire for the job is required to be paid in full. It should be noted that the deposit already paid will be forfeited and it is not transferable.
- CHANGE OF DETAILS
7a) Once you have confirmed and submitted your booking form outlining your time allocations for the day, any changes must be given in writing within 30 days of the transfer taking place; otherwise we have the right to refuse any such changes due to our tight booking schedules.
- Waiting Time
8a) Gangsta Limousines offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (15) minutes when servicing your booking.
8b) Any additional wait time will be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (15) minutes.
8c) We run on time schedules and each delay causes issues with transfers following. We request for your mobile phone number, so that we can contact you if there are any delays.
- deliberate or malicious damage
9a) If there is any deliberate or malicious damage done to the vehicle, then the repair will be quoted at a cost with an additional administration fee charged by Gangsta Limousines to you the hirer.
9b) Damage to the hired vehicle by you-the hirer or your guests (this includes unpleasant conditions e.g. Vomit) may result in termination of the booking and loss of Deposit/bond.
10A) Smoking on any passenger carrying vehicle in WA is illegal. If the hirer or their guests are found to be smoking on the bus at any time, the driver has the right, at his/her discretion to terminate the charter with total moneys paid and Deposit Bond NOT to be refunded.
- Safety when travelLing WITH GANGSTA LIMOUSINES
11a) The driver or operator of the hired vehicle at time of job has the right to refuse any person or persons from car who is behaving badly and the driver has the right to terminate and cancel job at hand without a refund.
11b) Please refrain from speaking to the driver whilst he/she is driving the vehicle. We ask that if you need to ask any questions you do so at the beginning or end of your journey. Or speak with the host/hirer as they have been advised the planned itinerary.
11c) Drivers can be fined if pulled over and result in loss of license. Fines can be issued to any or all passengers by the police at any time. There is also the risk of the Company losing its Charter License. Gangsta Limousines will not be held responsible for any fines issued and you will be held responsible for the actions of your guests.
11d) Safety comes first; we expect that you and your guests remain inside the vehicle while driving. This includes no hands, arms or other body parts & objects to be outside the vehicle (e.g. windows)
11e) It is recommended that whilst the vehicle is driving you remain seated at all times. If you choose to dance or move around the vehicle whilst it is not stationary- you do so at your own risk.
11f) Seat belts are fitted to all vehicles and under current legislation must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in vehicle, unless otherwise authorized. Children and infants travelling in vehicle must adhere to normal child safety restraint rulings as per current R.T.A guidelines
11g) Gangsta Limousines takes no responsibility for personal injury due to inappropriate or careless behaviour
- ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES
12a) Gangsta Limousines take no responsibility for any personal items left on the vehicles during, or after your event. All personal belongings e.g. clothing, electronic items, bags etc are the hirers responsibility.
12b) Gangsta Limousines does not accept any responsibility for electronic devices if damaged, lost whilst on the vehicles or damaged electronically. At no stage must they be left unattended at any time. All Charterers must advice their guests of this fact and agree to do so. Any connection leads required should be bought along by Charterers.
- LAtE ARRIVAL, DELAYS OR SUB-CONTRACT OUT
13a) Gangsta Limousines can sub-contract out its tours and charters to various Sub-Contractors and that you agree to this service.
13b) Be assured that we always do our utmost to provide the service booked, arrive on time, even arrive in advance at times. However, if delays occur or any personal expenses, entry fees incurred as a result of delays or alteration of any charter, whether caused by mechanical defects, flooding, civil commotion, riots, terrorism, driver mistakes or any other cause, are the responsibility of the Charterer. We always try our hardest to maintain all schedules and understand the importance. If additional expense is incurred for taxis or other transport you agree not to make a claim against us
13c) We Can Not Accept Responsibility If Venues, Police / Council Rangers/Parking Inspectors ask us to move on without allowing disembarkation. As we always comply with laws, you agree not to make any claim against Gangsta Limousines, as this is out of our control.
- POWER SYSTEM
14a) Amplifiers and Speakers are checked prior to departure from our depot, should they fail during the tour, we will endeavour the repair or replace during your tour. You agree not to make any claim against us.
- BEER, WINE & SPIRIT TASTING
15a) All Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries could charge a tasting fee which is not included in the CHARTER Charges. The venues request that you collect the fees from your guests and pay them in one lump sum.
- NON-ENTRY TO VENUES
16a) If Authorities change the trading hours or conditions of entry or deals to a venue for whatever reason, you agree not to make any claim against Gangsta Limousines, as it is not within our powers to demand deals or entry. It is up to the client to check with the venue in advance for any change.
16b) Venue Dress Standards and behaviour rules: It is the individuals’ responsibility to make sure they adhere to venues dress codes and behaviour rules.
16c) We do not take any responsibility for loss of VIP entry or covering the cost for door charges if you don’t arrive on time to the designated venue.
- PRICE CHANGE & MONEY DUE
17a) You cannot change the price agreed to prior to arrival of the service. If you experience less passengers turning up it is your responsibility to make up the difference or increase the per head basis you collect.

- SENSIBLE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
18a) Gangsta Limousines encourages sensible alcohol consumption on licensed premises and therefore, if any passengers are deemed too intoxicated or causing a disturbance they can be asked to leave the vehicle/tour and if given the option to travel home by taxi or other means do so at their own expense.
- DRINKING ALCOHOL ON A BUS IN WA
19a) Drinking alcohol on any bus in WA is illegal This applies to our 20 seater Mercedes Benz Limousine Bus. If the hirer or their guests are found to be drinking on the bus at any time, the driver has the right, at his/her discretion to terminate the charter with total moneys paid and Deposit Bond NOT to be refunded.
19b) Where a person is in charge or in control of any unlicensed premises (this includes any vehicle) and allows vehicle to be used as a place for consumption of liquor, that person commits an offence. Maximum Penalty: $1000 and possible loss of license for the driver.
19c) It is an offence for a person to consume liquor on any road, park or reserve within the boundaries of the metropolitan area or of a town or town site, whether on foot or in a vehicle. Minimum Penalty: $200, Maximum Penalty: $1000+
19d) Gangsta 2 is not a party bus and does not tolerate over-intoxication. Should this occur, the charter will cease until the client in question is escorted by a responsible person back home either by taxi or family/friend.
- PERSONS UNDER AGE
20a) Persons taking responsibility for these terms and conditions must be of legal age, 18 years and over. If any passengers are found to be under age on alcohol related tours, they will need to make their own way home at their own expense and cannot stay on board with Gangsta Limousines during the duration of the organised total schedule.
- SAFETY WHEN TRAVELLING IN GANGSTA 2
21a) It is recommended that whilst the vehicle is driving you remain seated at all times. If you choose to dance or move around the vehicle whilst it is not stationary, you do so at your own risk.
21b) Gangsta Limo Bus is fitted with 3 security cameras recorded on hard drive for insurance and legality purposes. Should any damage occur on board, we reserve the right to use the footage provided
- BREAKING OF EMERGENCY WINDOWS
22a) BREAKING OF EMERGENCY WINDOWS, Roof Emergency Exit vents, Middle or Front doors without an emergency will incur an automatic replacement cost, plus new signage charge. Total approx. $550.00 depending on damage.
- FIRE EXTINGUISHER & FIRST AID KIT
23a) If abused by passengers they will need to be replaced and charged to Client.
- CONDUCT CODE
24a) Gangsta Limousines and its Representatives operates under its own strict Code of Conduct and any fighting, rioting, vandalism, unruly and abusive behaviour/language in or outside vehicles, in public or venues, damage to personal property, passengers or property of the Gangsta Limousines will result in the immediate termination of a tour/charter and withdrawal of the Charter.
24b) Gangsta Limousines reserves the right to change vehicles subject to breakdown or unforeseen circumstances. Should alternate vehicles be used in such circumstances, no refunds will be given. Any compensation will be assessed on a case by case basis
By proceeding with the booking you accept all the terms and conditions and are responsible for all passengers abiding by these terms and conditions
Gangsta Limousines WILL take action to recover ALL costs
